CELEBRATING 154 YEARS OF FAITH! ✨
This past Sunday, August 23, 2026, Wesley Chapel celebrated our incredible 154th Homecoming Celebration!
Our theme this year was: WE HAVE COME THIS FAR BY FAITH. 🙏✨
We were truly blessed to have The Reverend Dr. Orlando Dowdy, Presiding Elder of the Raleigh District, deliver a soul-stirring, dynamic, and unforgettable message entitled: "WE DIDN'T COME THIS FAR JUST TO COME THIS FAR." 🪵🔥
A huge and heartfelt thank you to Elder Dowdy and his lovely wife, First Lady Marie Dowdy, for sharing their spirits and blessing our congregation.
God is good, and we look forward to where our faith takes us next!

WHAT A BLAST OF BLESSINGS AND PURE JOY!!!! 🎉 Everyone had a blast Saturday at Wesley Chapel AME Zion Church! The children especially loved the school supplies, all the delicious food, fun games, as well as the religious and educational activities. A huge thank you to the Wesley Chapel Lay Council, President James Cooper, for sponsoring this incredible day.
