In this week's episode of Kingdom Living, Pam gives us the final part of her lesson on the "Principals to live by in The Kingdom of God". God's Word is critical in our lives as his children. God's Word lays out his will and as his children we are required to read and study to obey his teachings. Pam also stresses the importance of what we speak about ourselves and others. James 3: 1-6 NASB
Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly. 2 We all stumble in many ways. Anyone who is never at fault in what they say is perfect, able to keep their whole body in check. 3 When we put bits into the mouths of horses to make them obey us, we can turn the whole animal. 4 Or take ships as an example. Although they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are steered by a very small rudder wherever the pilot wants to go. 5 Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark. 6 The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole body, sets the whole course of one’s life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell.
So, continue to grow in your faith journey by reading, studying and speaking God's Word.

(NASB) Matthew 6:33 - But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Also, Romans 14:17 - for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Pam reminds us how important it is to read and study God's Word.

Pam was inspired by Revelation 19: 6-9 & 11-16. We are told in scripture to always stay alert and God will bring all things back to himself. God's son is the bridegroom and the church is his bride. When the time comes, we will all be apart of a great wedding celebration. Keep the Word of God in your heart and continue to study scripture.

instructs us to come into worship with joyous sounds of praise. We should be shouting to the rooftops in praise and thanksgiving for all God has done. Today, sit down and make a list of your blessings then offer your gratitude to God for all he has done for you.
