In our series on Building a Godly Home, yesterday we ministered on the importance of receiving correction. Correction is the guardrail or backbone of all relationships. Correction is not just from a parent to a child. What about spouses submitting one to another…that will require correction at times. How about you to God, that will certainly require correction on your side. This applies to your relationship with your Pastors, employers, etc. Learning to receive correction will produce a framework of success and growth in your life. I am doing what I am doing today because I make it my aim to embrace correction, because correction is intended to help me reach the outcome the Word provides me.

Her favorite color was pink so we ask those who can, to wear some form of pink, instead of black. As we celebrate Pastor Darla.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Church On The Rock Waco (www.cotrwaco.org), in her name, to help build the vision she so faithfully served.

Because of her love for the Word of God, there will be a table where you can highlight your favorite verse in the Bible and make notes to the family regarding that verse. In addition, there will be a place for you to write a prayer request. Pastor Bryan and Karli will be praying over those requests daily.
