General information

This cemetery includes 11 Waltz and Liberty township cemeteries moved in the early 1960’s to make way for the Mississinewa Reservoir. The cemeteries comprising Mississinewa Memorial are Bank, Captain Dixon, Chester E. Troyer, Mt. Vernon, Ogan, Pleasant Grove, Somerset, Sugar Grove, Vernon, Waucoon and Hosier cemeteries. Located in southern Wabash County on State Highway 13 and 850 South, just North of Somerset and the Mississinewa Reservoir.
