This sermon "Forgive Us" from our Teach Us to Pray series just went live on Spotify:

"God sees that sin has made fools of us all. And we act out of our foolishness. And instead of abandoning us, He comes looking for us. Church, that's the gospel. Forgiveness begins long before we ever think to ask for it. God has already been searching the garden.

Our Merciful Father has chosen pity over collecting the debt of our sin, and in Christ He offers forgiveness that sets us free. Beloved, today we are invited to release both the debts we owe and the debts we keep collecting from others, trusting God to create in us a community where forgiveness is the atmosphere we breathe."

Because of the impending storm, we’ll gather online this Sunday through Zoom. We’ll have a time of community check-in, a short message, communion, and guided prayer as we worship from our homes.

Grab whatever bread and juice you have on hand and join us as we stay connected and reflect on the presence of Jesus as the Light of the World.

Come as you are — coffee and PJ’s welcome!

We are starting a new sermon series this month called Hidden Figures! This series will be looking at the stories of an array of people throughout the Hebrew Scriptures (Old Testament). These are some of the women and men that partner with God to advance the story of redemption. They are often overlooked either because of their gender, their ethnicity, their social standing, or because of their mistakes and poor choices.

The first episode is on Eve, and is available now on spotify for listening.
