Dear Family,

After evaluating the forecasted weather impact to our region, we have made the decision to cancel tonight’s gathering. Severity in some areas is expected to be significant, and travel conditions will deteriorate into the evening. The safety and health of all of you is of utmost importance to us. Let’s declare the promises of God over the sphere entrusted to us, and establish a perimeter where destruction cannot enter. If anyone is in need of anything, or at any point during the course of the weekend needs assistance, do not hesitate to contact us. We will do whatever we can to make sure you have what you need.
