1. Know your strengths and weaknesses. 🏋️
2. Remove temptations. 🚫
3. Set clear goals and have an ex*****on plan.
4. Practice daily diligence. 📆
5. Create new habits and rituals. 💡
6. Change your perception about willpower. 🧐
7. Give yourself a backup plan. 🅱️
8. Find trusted coaches or mentors.
9. Forgive yourself and move forward. ➡️
🔗 Challenge yourself with individual goals.
🔗 Take steps to meet the Spirit that walks with us.
🔗 Wake up and thank the Lord.
🔗 As sure as we have our phones with us, the Spirit is with us.
🔗 Just like we check our phones, we should check in with the Spirit.

The oil doesn’t come from the easy places. It comes from the crushed places.

In Scripture, oil often represents anointing, healing, and the presence of God. But oil is never produced without pressure. Olives must be pressed before the oil can flow.

Sometimes the very places that feel like they’re breaking you are the places God is using to produce something deeper in you—faith that is stronger, character that is refined, and dependence on Him that is real.

Don’t despise the crushing. God often brings His richest oil from the places we thought would destroy us. 🤍🙏🏻
