We are PUMPED to announce that our youth group (ages 6th - 12th grade) will begin meeting on Sunday Morning 2/7, immediately following our praise and worship. Youth meets will consist of a Bible Study and some planning throughout the month of February to determine when the teens will begin meeting for their own independent service.

We are so grateful for Ben & Sarah Mercer as they serve our teens!

It’s amazing how has grown over the years! This year’s youth and adults numbers reached over 600!!!!

Excited for the years to come and seeing God move at this camp!! It has been nothing but a blessing!! @ Ferrum College

Next Youth Group Meeting: Sunday, January 20 @ 6pm at Church. Pastor Tommy continues the series "Questions". Don't miss it!

SAVE THE DATE! Youth Camp date is set for June 24-28 at Ferrum College in Ferrum, Virginia. Cost of camp will be $265 per Student. Initial $100 deposits will be due no later than Sunday, April 21st. Final balance will be due Sunday May 26th. We will have information packets with forms available soon.

There is a camp website is available for information that also includes photos/videos from last year. https://eastcoast.camp. There is also a Facebook Group (East Coast Camp) to help with communication.

Youth Camp Fund Raising: Instead of fund raising this year, we will be designating the last Sunday of each month from January-May as “Youth Camp Special Offering Sunday”. We will be asking each GFC member to bring an offering, in addition to their normal tithes and offerings, to help our teens cover the cost of camp. Our goal will be to collect $3,000 as a church by the end of May. If each parent simply paid $50 each month beyond their normal giving, we almost cover our goal. When we achieve this goal our teens will have almost all of their camp costs covered.

Grace youth, Don’t forget that we are meeting at Tanglewood Movie theater at 4pm today to kick off the new year by watching the movie “Bumblebee” followed by dinner at Five Guys. Cost of the movie is $6 plus you’ll need money for dinner. Parents can pick you up at the church at 7:30 tonight after we are done.

Happy New Year Grace Youth! Our first outing of the year will be this Sunday, January 6. We’ll meet at 4pm at the Tanglewood AMC theater to see the 4:15pm showing of Bumblebee. We’ll head over to Five Guys after the movie for dinner and then carpool back to the church for parent pick up around 7:30. Cost: $6 for the movie plus money for dinner at Five Guys. Hope you can make it.

Due to the hustle and bustle of this Holiday season, we are going to reschedule our youth group movie outing to Sunday January 6th. Be watching for details.

Our two youth meetings in January will be:
Sunday, Jan 6 - Movie outing
Sunday, Jan 27 - normal youth group.
