What a night! Yesterday was our part 2 on the battle for our identity -shame! Jonah gave a powerful 💪 word and challenged the youth asking them what does shame make you believe about yourself? After this we went down to the sanctuary where the youth were blessed 🥹 to be prayed over by leaders and pastors of the house! We were so blessed to see them experience what it is to unite in prayer for our church ⛪️, Community , and even praying for our friends 👥‼️

Youth yesterday was amazing‼️We took time to do an activity where we challenged the youth and asked them a real question🫣….“What’s something shame makes you believe about yourself?” We were met with real answers that allowed for us to share and become vulnerable with each other. At the end we closed out in prayer where the youth initiated coming together in unity as we circled around each other for prayer! 🥺❤️ come next week for our series the battle for your identity , shame part 2‼️.

Yesterday we had a powerful word about comparison and how it can affect our health and our identity! ❤️‍🩹✨ When we come against all comparison whether it’s from social media 📱 or social pressures we begin to see an improvement in confidence, less anxiety, less depression, and all of a sudden the hold the enemy thought he had is broken! ⛓️🔥🙌 Oh Lord, won’t You do it for our generation? Won’t You do it for our youth! 🥹❤️‍🔥 The end of our night followed with going outside and spending time together playing football 🏈, basketball 🏀, and just simple fellowship together 🥰

Yesterday we had an amazing time together as we worshipped and spoke about rejection and knowing your identity in Christ. Our prayer is that each and every one of you would encounter God in a fresh and powerful way, and come to fully know who you are in Him! ✨❤️
