First Baptist Church Vincent meets for worship on a regular basis at the following times. Sunday 11:00 AM
Our worship includes music that uplifts Christ. The Biblically oriented sermons by the pastor focus
on relating the truths of the Bible to everyday living. Nursery provided
Bible Study
Sundays at 9:45 AM Weekly Bible study for every person in the family. These age appropriate small group oriented Bible studies enable you to meet people in the context of open Bible discussion. Nursery provided

Music
The Sanctuary Choir sings in morning worship each Sunday at 11:00 AM. They practice on Wednesday nights at 7pm. All persons are welcome to join the choir as they serve through worship leadership
Youth
Sundays 9:45 SS and Wednesdays at 6:00 PM the Youth meet for Bible study in the Activities House located on our campus. Special events give opportunity for the Youth to minister to others include serving meals at the Ronald McDonald House, storm clean-up, and mission trips. Fellowship events that allow for fun and fellowship occur regularly. These include out to eat nights, movie nights, game times, and other activities. Children

Weds. 6:00 PM Children's Bible Study and Light meal/snack provided! Vacation Bible School Sunday - Thursday Mid June 5:45pm- 8:15pm! The church puts a great deal of resources into holding a quality Vacation Bible School for all children. It includes Bible lessons, missions education, music, recreation, crafts, and more with a Living History format. We go back to a Biblical time period and meet the characters from that event. Studentlife Kids Camp at Shocco Springs in July. Trunk or Treat is a Halloween alternative provided yearly. Several hundred children pass through the FBC Vincent parking lots receiving candy, playing games, and entering contests. This event is family friendly and safe. A modern, family friendly playground enhances the campus of FBC Vincent. Playground equipment, picnic tables, and benches allow for wholesome recreation. Weekday Preschool
The First Baptist Church Vincent Weekday Preschool has a small 2yr old class and K-3 and K-4 classes. The classes are designed to engage the children in learning and fun that prepares them for their next step in education. The Preschool operates on the public school schedule. Outreach

The Baptist Men’s group sponsors a breakfast on the first Sunday monthly at 7:30 AM. The hearty meal and vibrant fellowship allow men to interact with other believers. Nursing Home On hold due to COVID
Regular visits and “goodies” are provided to nursing home and assisted living residents through this ministry. Mobile Food Pantry
The Shelby Baptist Association Mobile Food Pantry visits FBC Vincent on a quarterly basis. The church members lead the ministry when it is on our campus. The Pantry provides food for local families who are under served.
