We are grateful to the Phillips family for donating the use of their (reliable and safe) motorized stair-climbing chair lift while the Tiki Island Chapel elevator is under repair!

The lift well be available at 9:30am. Sunday service at 10am! If nothing else, come watch Pastor Jason take a ride.

GALVESTON COUNTY: TxDOT has moved the closure of the SH 146 westbound connector ramp to IH 45 southbound to begin Friday, August 7. This includes related impacts including I-45 mainlane closures needed to facilitate the closure of the ramp. Check www.houstontranstar.org for updates or www.drivetexas.org.

The $226 million I-45 expansion project between FM 519 to the Texas City Wye in Galveston County is expected to be completed in 2029.

Also, be sure to visit the Houston TranStar website at www.houstontranstar.org for a complete list of closures related to this construction project and other Houston District closures. All closures are subject to change due to inclement weather.

Tiki Chapel Friends - after VBS and getting the carpet cleaned, we can use some extra hands Saturday at 9am to help reset the chapel chairs, etc. for Sunday. All help appreciated!
