Villa Rica First United Methodist Church at The Garden A faithful Christian community church for over 180 years! Seek. We believe in the transformative power of the joyous celebration of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Villa Rica First United Methodist Church at The Garden is focused on serving God through three Core Values. Through seeking God through worship we glorify Him and seek to be a blessing to those around us. We worship on Sundays at our 9am traditional service, and our 11am contemporary service. Share. We believe in the transformative power of Christian discipleship. Through committing ourselves to sharing the word of God and sound Christian teaching with our church and community, we prepare ourselves to be people that make a difference through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Serve. We believe in the transformative power of individual and corporate service work and missions. Jesus sends His people out into the world to serve them through baptism and to teach them to obey all that God has commanded them through Christ and His word.

Blessing of the Backpacks was a blast! It was so good to worship together and spend some time praying for our students, teachers, and staff as they go back to school this week.

Tomorrow night, we'll gather together at 6:30 for our First Wednesday Prayer Service where we'll continue to pray for these teachers as they welcome students back to their classrooms.
