On the 21st Children’s Church and Preschool will do their presentation together as well as their party.

Dec. 21st will be a big day. Children’s church and preschool will be doing presentation and mini skit on the 21st. Please dress them as an angel, wise man, or shepherd. Their songs are Go tell it on the mountain and Mary Did You Know. The memory verse is John 3:16.

After church, we will be having our Christmas party with lots of food and fun.

At 2 o’clock we will be headed out to Buchanan healthcare to sing carols and pass out gift bags to the residents. Hope everyone can come. Please let me know if you plan to be in attendance so I can have enough food 😊

I will be getting tickets to see the movie David in December. Children will be going for free, but I need a headcount. I hope to either go Friday the 19th at 7:10 or Saturday at 1:30. Please let me know if you’re interested

Lord, help us not to waste these days, worrying about “what ifs,” doubting your goodness, and complaining about the present circumstances.

Help us number our days, remembering that this very day—this very moment—is an opportunity to put our trust in you and to gain a heart of wisdom that sees your sovereignty in both the big and the small, the good and the hard (Ps. 90:12).

Lead us in the way of wisdom. When we feel like we can’t do anything, remind us to pray. You created everything from nothing (Gn. 1:1); you parted the Red Sea (Ex. 14:21-22); you fed thousands from just five loaves and two fish (Matt. 14:13-21), and you still perform miracles today.

Help us choose what is good and center our minds on you and the things above, not the things of this earth (Col. 3:2).

You are the God of every moment, and we know you will sustain us. Come what may, we resolve to trust in your faithful name.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Children’s church is planning to watch this movie after it comes out December 19. Please let me know who is interested in attending, so the tickets can be pre-ordered on a cheaper rate. . The children will be paid for.
