Community stands at the center of our identity. We gather regularly around water and word that we may be prepared to serve the larger world community in which we live. Our mission is to be honest and genuine in the way that we experience and share Christ's love, both inside and outside our walls. Traditions help to inform our identity, but do not define who we are, as we seek to engage the ever-ch

As a community of the people of God, we of St. Paul Lutheran Church are called to minister to all people, knowing that the world is often an unloving place. Christ calls us to reconciliation and wholeness. Christ has made us one. We celebrate together our unity as God’s people. We welcome new visitors and old friends. We welcome people of every sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age and size, color and culture, socio-economic circumstance, marital status, ability and challenge. We welcome Christians from every tradition, people new to the faith or people of no faith, believers and questioners, and questioning believers. Paul welcomes you to celebrate and sorrow, rejoice and recover. This is a place where lives are lived and made new in Christ. St. Paul is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. ELCA Lutherans hold the following basic principles of faith and practice as set forth by Martin Luther. We are saved by the grace of God alone and not by anything we do. Through faith in Jesus Christ alone our sins are forgiven and we are given the assurance of eternal life. The Bible is the only authority for Christian teaching and Christian living. All believers in Christ are called to Christian service and all alike are God’s people. We celebrate the sacraments of Holy Baptism and Holy Communion. Together, as a community of faith, through worship, prayer, study, caring and stewardship, we strive to grow in faith and service to our Lord.
