VPC is searching for a full-time Missions Ministry Manager!
This is a key role dedicated to advancing our mission partnerships and inspiring our congregation to live out their faith through service. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with church leadership to bring our Missions Ministry vision to life. You’ll lead the planning and ex*****on of mission trips, coordinate church-wide outreach initiatives, and cultivate partnerships with local, national, and international organizations. From recruiting and equipping volunteers to managing budgets and communications, you’ll help create opportunities for our community to engage deeply in God’s work.
We’re looking for a highly organized, relational leader who thrives in both strategy and ex*****on; someone who can energize teams, manage multiple projects, and communicate with clarity and purpose. The ideal candidate brings ministry or nonprofit experience, a heart for missions, and a strong, authentic Christian faith.
