We can’t wait for church tomorrow morning! Your kids will learn about how God chose David, not because he looked impressive on the outside, but because he had a heart that honored the Lord.

While others saw a young shepherd, God saw a future king. God chose David to lead His people in Israel, reminding us that what matters most is our heart. And David’s story points us to someone even greater—Jesus, the perfect King!
Jesus is the King of everything, and He loves us deeply.

It's a new month, which means we have a new theme and memory verse! ✝️

During the month of August, we'll be learning all about creativity and creation! We'll be talking about how we're made in God's image which means a piece of His creativity lives inside of us. We're also talking about the creation of the world. When you know who the author, artist, or maker is, it adds value! And when we look all around us, we can find value in knowing our good God made these good things for our GOOD!

On Sunday, we heard the story of Jesus being tempted in the desert, and saw how He made the wise choice by using scripture to fight and overcome the temptation. We want your kids to know that remembering God's Word and truth can help them make the wise choice, too!
