In this introductory sermon on Revelation 2–3, we are reminded that the book of Revelation is first and foremost Christ’s letter to His church. The seven letters addressed to the churches of Asia were written to real congregations in the first century, yet they continue to speak to every church in every generation. Through these messages, the risen Christ reveals His deep love and concern for His people as He encourages faithfulness, exposes compromise, calls for repentance, and strengthens believers to persevere in the midst of spiritual warfare. www.sermonaudio.com/sermons/6726231593319

In this sermon from 2 Kings 2, we witness the departure of Elijah and the rise of Elisha as God’s appointed prophet. As God’s people face uncertainty and fear over the loss of a faithful leader, they are reminded that the Lord Himself never changes. The same God who worked through Joshua and Elijah continues His saving and sovereign work through every generation. Through the parting of the Jordan, the healing of Jericho’s cursed waters, and the judgment at Bethel, this passage reveals God’s power, wisdom, grace, and holiness. Ultimately, it points us to the unchanging Lord who remains faithful to His covenant promises, bringing mercy to the repentant and judgment to the rebellious. Believers are encouraged to place their trust not in human leaders, but in the God of Elijah, who reigns forever and whose grace is fully revealed in Jesus Christ. www.sermonaudio.com/sermons/612643916955

In this sermon, we behold the glorious vision of the risen Christ standing in the midst of His church. Exiled on Patmos for his faithfulness to the gospel, the apostle John is comforted with the revelation that Jesus Christ reigns victorious over every enemy and walks continually among His people. The seven golden lampstands represent Christ’s church throughout every age, shining the light of the gospel in a dark world, while Christ Himself stands among them as their sovereign King, faithful High Priest, and mighty Defender. This passage reveals the majesty, holiness, authority, and power of the exalted Savior whose eyes search all things, whose voice commands with divine authority, and whose Word conquers the kingdom of darkness. Yet this same glorious Christ tenderly comforts His people, declaring, “Fear not,” reminding believers that He holds the keys of Death and Hades and will preserve His church unto eternal victory. This message calls the church to worship Christ with reverence, confidence, and unwavering faithfulness as we await His glorious return. www.sermonaudio.com/sermons/517262212366725

In this sermon, we see the holiness of God revealed through His judgment against idolatry and His mercy toward sinners who humble themselves before Him. Ahaziah follows in the wicked footsteps of his parents, rejecting the living God and turning instead to false worship, even as death approaches. Through the ministry of Elijah, God confronts the king with the certainty of His Word: “You shall surely die.” Yet even in judgment, God displays mercy by warning sinners and calling them to repentance. This passage reminds us that God’s Word can either condemn or save, depending on how we respond to it. The proud who resist God are brought low, but the humble who tremble before Him and flee to Christ will find mercy, refuge, and eternal life through the gospel. www.sermonaudio.com/sermons/51026213328989

In this passage, we behold Christ ministering to His church in the midst of tribulation. Through the example of John—a brother and شریک in suffering—we learn that affliction is a normal part of the Christian life, but it is never faced alone. Even in exile, John perseveres in worship on the Lord’s Day and receives a powerful revelation of the risen Christ, whose voice like a trumpet affirms His divine authority and His presence with His people. This message reminds us that Christ walks with His church, sustains her in the midst of suffering, and speaks to her with power, calling her to persevere in faithfulness until the final victory. www.sermonaudio.com/sermons/542601418537
