⛪ Worship Services Sunday at 10 am Christian Covenant Church, previously known as Mt. Witcher and Pastor Luella P.

Carmel Community Church, was founded in 1988 by Bishop Timothy L. Witcher, who has been serving the church for over 50 years. Committed to serving God through Jesus Christ, the church has been serving the Victorville community as a community of believers ever since. As a Christ-centered, Spirit-led, Bible-focused, and Family-oriented fellowship, the church aims to meet the needs of the whole perso

n—spirit, soul, and body—by extending the love of God to all. Our vision is to reconcile the community and the world to God through Jesus Christ according to His established order. With a mission to serve as a resource for people seeking to understand the meaning of serving God, the church equips individuals to become productive citizens of the kingdom of God through Bible-based teaching, training, leadership, and opportunities for growth. By loving and serving God and our neighbors, being salt and light in our communities, and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ, we hope to bring glory to God.

Fatherhood comes with tremendous responsibility. Many fathers carry the silent weight of providing, protecting, leading, and loving their families while facing challenges few people ever see.

In Pastor Teresa's Father's Day message, Your Presence Matters, we were reminded that God is still working through fathers, grandfathers, spiritual fathers, and future fathers. Psalm 112:1-2 reveals the lasting impact of a man who fears the Lord and faithfully follows Him. God is not looking for perfect men. He is looking for surrendered men who will trust Him, pray, lead, persevere, and remain faithful through every season.

Your presence matters. Your prayers matter. Your example matters. The faithfulness you demonstrate today can become a legacy that blesses your children, strengthens your family, and impacts generations to come.

If you missed this encouraging Father's Day sermon, take a moment to watch the full message and share it with a father who could use some encouragement today.

🌿 Lunch Time Devotional Challenge 🌿

Take a few moments during your lunch break to seek God's wisdom.

The Bible teaches us that if we lack wisdom, we can ask God, and He will generously give it to us. The same God who gave Solomon wisdom beyond measure is ready to guide us today. As we spend time in His Word, He provides the direction, discernment, and understanding we need for life's decisions.

📖 Today's Challenge: Read today's devotional, reflect on the Scriptures, and spend a few moments asking God for wisdom in an area where you need His guidance.

Freedom is not merely a moment in history. It is a reality available to every heart surrendered to God. Through Christ, we are set free to live with hope, purpose, and peace.

Drifting rarely happens on purpose. It happens when we lose our connection to what anchors us.

Just like a boat can slowly drift far from shore without a tether, our lives can gradually move away from God's purpose when we aren't intentionally connected to Him. Prayer, His Word, and obedience keep us anchored to His heart and direction.

Don't wait until you've drifted to realize how far you've gone. Stay tethered to God, and let His vision guide every step of your journey.

06/18/2026

Many people can identify what's broken, but vision allows us to see what God wants to restore.

In "Tethered by Vision," we're reminded that a burden reveals a need, but a God-given vision reveals His plan. Vision becomes the spiritual tether that keeps us connected to God's heart, His promises, His purpose, and His mission when life tries to pull us off course.

If you've been feeling distracted, discouraged, or uncertain about your next step, ask yourself: What vision has God given you, and are you staying tethered to it?

Vision doesn't just show us where we're going. It reminds us who we are, whose we are, and what God is doing in and through our lives.

Is wealth a blessing, a burden, or a stewardship?

The Bible doesn't condemn wealth, but it does challenge us to examine how we acquire it and how we use it. Everything we have ultimately belongs to God, and when we view ourselves as stewards rather than owners, generosity becomes an act of worship.

Today's devotional explores what Scripture teaches about money, giving, and God's principle of sowing and reaping. Discover how faithful stewardship can position you to experience God's blessings in every area of life.

Many of the heroes in the Bible were wealthy individuals. “Abram was very rich in livestock, in silver, and in gold” (Ge 13:2 NKJV). King David “died in a good old age, full of days and riches and honor” (1Ch 29:28 NKJV). Barnabas, a wealthy landowner, made possible the expansion of the earl...

When God moves, do you give Him full authority or do you try to keep Him in a box?

In Vision That Redeems, we see a powerful moment where Mary demonstrates unwavering faith by telling the servants, “Whatever He tells you to do.” No limits. No conditions. Just complete surrender to Jesus.

Too often, we ask God to work, but only within the boundaries of what feels comfortable or controllable. But breakthrough comes when we release full control and trust His redemptive power completely.

Sometimes the reason we struggle is not because God is limited, but because our vision of Him is too small for what we are facing.

It’s time to expand your vision and trust Him fully.

Are you living with a God-given vision, or simply reacting to the opportunities that come your way?

In last week's powerful message, Vision That Redeems, Minister Robert Witcher challenged us to consider the difference between opportunity and vision. Opportunities may come and go, but a vision from God shapes how we think, how we prepare, the decisions we make, and the direction of our lives.

Proverbs 29:18 reminds us that where there is no vision, people perish. True vision is more than a goal or a dream. It is a redemptive revelation from God that transforms how we see ourselves, others, and our purpose.

If you've ever wondered whether you're pursuing God's plan for your life or simply responding to what's in front of you, this message is for you.
