What a glorious evening!

We were so blessed to gather together and worship the Lord as we celebrated the baptism of Taylor Janos. Baptism is a beautiful testimony of God's grace, a public declaration of faith, and a reminder that Jesus is still changing lives today.

We rejoice with Taylor and praise God for what He is doing in her life and with her beautiful feet (if you know, you know). May the Lord continue to guide her, strengthen her, and draw her ever closer to Him as she walks in faith.

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!" 2 Corinthians 5:17. Glory to God!

Important Sunday Update

Due to our air conditioning being out, we will be worshiping in the Fellowship Hall this Sunday instead of the sanctuary. It will be a special gathering.

While the location may change, our purpose remains the same, to gather together, worship the Lord, grow in His Word, and encourage one another in Christ.

No Friday Night Live This Week

This Friday, we will not be gathering for Friday Night Live. Instead, we want to encourage everyone to join us at the park as we take the love of Jesus beyond the church walls and into our community at music in the park.

The Gospel was never meant to stay inside a building. Jesus called us to go, to love, to serve, and to share the hope we have found in Him. Whether it's a smile, a prayer, a conversation, or simply showing kindness, every act of love can point someone to Christ.

Let's come together, be the hands and feet of Jesus, and let our light shine in the park this week.

"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in heaven” Matthew 5:16

Join us for a special Fellowship Meal immediately following our morning service on Sunday, June 14, at Victoria Church of the Nazarene! We are coming together to honor our amazing Class of 2026 Graduates.

Everyone bring a dish to share as we enjoy great food, family, and friends in the Fellowship Hall. See you there!

Did God call us to preach the gospel or make disciples?

The answer is yes.

We are called to proclaim the good news of Jesus to everyone, but we are also called to walk with people as they grow in their faith. Evangelism is more than getting someone to pray a prayer. Discipleship is more than attending a class.

Jesus said, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations..." The gospel is the message we share; disciples are the people we help grow.
