VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL: This past week saw the completion of our very successful and fun-filled Vacation Bible School, Rainforest Falls, under the leadership of Devinne Baldwin, VBS Director, and her dynamic VBS team. The children explored the nature of God and learned He is Creator, All-Knowing, our Refuge in life’s storms, Love, and Forever. Average attendance each night was 20 students, and 30 volunteers. The offering collected will be used to buy school supplies for students of Lunenburg County Schools. A huge thank you to all that volunteered help in so many ways, with special thanks to those who prayed for the success of the week’s program. We extend a special thank you to the kitchen crew who provided dinner each night for the group, plus snacks.

It’s apple picking time at VCC! Prayer Apples are again available. Each apple has the name of a student enrolled in Lunenburg County School. Please consider picking an apple and add that student to your daily prayers for them to have a safe and successful school year. Look in the main vestibule and pick yours!
