A Spiritual Mother, A Leader, A Pillar
Today we honor more than a leader,
We celebrate a woman of grace;
A spiritual mother whose love has guided us,
And whose strength has helped us find our place.
You have prayed when no one heard you,
Served when no one knew the cost;
You stood faithfully beside the vision,
Making sure that nothing was lost.
You poured into your two sons with wisdom,
Teaching them to walk in truth and light;
Covering them with prayer and godly counsel,
Showing them how to stand and live upright.
And just as you nurtured your own children,
You opened your heart to so many more;
Becoming a mother in the Spirit,
Helping us become what God called us for.
You have been a backbone for Pastor,
A steady strength standing by his side;
Through every season, every challenge,
You remained faithful to the call with pride.
When the weight of ministry grew heavy,
You helped carry what others could not see;
With wisdom, loyalty, prayer, and sacrifice,
You served with love and humility.
Your leadership has never been just words—
It is seen in the life that you live;
In the encouragement you freely offer,
And in the countless ways you give.
So today, Minister Sherry, we thank you.
For every prayer, every lesson, every seed;
For being a spiritual mother and example,
And a leader who serves when there is a need.
May God return every ounce you have poured out,
May He bless you beyond what words can say;
May strength, favor, joy, and peace surround you
As we celebrate your special day.
