Sugar River UMC is sponsoring a canoe trip on Monday, July 20 on the Sugar River from Valley Road to the Davidson House.
We will meet at 5:15pm in the church parking lot. The trip on the water is about 1 hour. Space is limited so reach out to RSVP. Flotation devices and paddles are supplied.
Or you can also bring your own kayak or canoe too.

This Sunday we prayed for those going on the youth mission trip to Boston, leaving next weekend. There are 7 youth from Sugar River and 7 from People's in Oregon plus chaperones. Please pray for these chaperones. 🙏😉
This trip will spread mustard seeds that could some day move mountains. 🌱
As a reminder: we're still collecting Birthday Bags for BPNN thru June. 🥳

Our next Blood drive at Sugar River UMC will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 from 10 am to 3:30 pm.

Celebrate more life!!!
If your blood type is O+, O-, A-, or B-, you can give twice as many red blood cells in a single donation. Choosing to make a Power Red donation can significantly impact on the lives of those in need of blood. This will help us reach our goal. Birthday Bag Drive! Each month BPNN provides each family who has a child with a birthday that month a birthday bag to help them celebrate their child's birthday. You can help!

Each bag should be 10.5" high x 8"x4.25" and not be for any specific age and gender.

Include:
1 cake mix of any flavor
1 prepared cake frosting of any flavor
1 package of birthday candles
1 12 ounce can of Sprite, Coke, or Strawberry Fanta soda (no eggs or oil required)

Bags can be placed on the serve table throughout the month of June.
