Holy Yoga Madison is beginning Classes for the Winter and Spring starting January 26 and running through May. Classes will be at 10:00am on Wednesdays in the sanctuary at Good Shepherd, Verona campus, 7291 County Hwy PD. Classes are a gentle flow yoga with focus on the breath and God's presence. All levels are welcome! No preregistration needed. Cost is on a donation basis.

Holy Yoga Madison will begin holding classes again in small groups! Classes will be held at the Good Shepherd, Verona campus, 7291 Hwy PD. at 9:00am on Saturdays through May. We will take temps and wear masks.

New Beginnings! Fall Holy Yoga classes will begin with a series of 3 classes outdoors at the Good Shepherd Verona campus parking lot September 12, 19, and 26 at 9:00am. This will be Covid smart with spacing and bringing your own mat and props. Masks will be worn until students are on their mats for the class. Stay tuned for what October holds?? Maybe more outdoors depending on weather, some on-line, or some indoors. Stay tuned.

Sending God's love and peace to you in these trying times.
As you are staying home, my gift to you is a grounding video Holy Yoga class that will hopefully bless you and help you process whatever you are experiencing these days in your heart, soul, mind, and body. As read in the video, we remember Jesus' words from John 16:33 I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.

With the change of seasons comes new life! Take time this summer to rest in nature and sit in the presence of God's love. Holy Yoga Madison will wrap up the year with classes May 7 and May 14 at 9am and 6pm, and then take a break for the summer months. During the summer I will post some short Live Videos to help you keep up your practice wherever you go. On holyyoga.net you can also subscribe to downloads of videos for your practice. Back from South Africa and full of the wonder of God’s magnificent creation! Holy Yoga continues on Tuesdays at 9:00am and 6:00pm at the Verona Good Shepherd campus. Celebrate the rebirth of life in this season of spring!

Through the sometimes long days of winter we see the wonder and beauty of God’s creation. Winter can be a time to pause and feel and breathe in God’s presence. Holy Yoga Madison classes continue on Tuesdays at 9 and 6 at Good Shepherd, Verona. In times of bad weather, classes will still be held unless the church closes the building. Breathe in and consent to God’s action in your heart.
