Christ is risen! He is risen indeed! We had a beautiful Easter weekend as we met together for a Tenebrae service on Good Friday and for worship on Resurrection Sunday! ✝️🙌

Important Announcement

We are shifting our worship gathering this weekend to Saturday, January 24 at 6p due to the approaching winter storm. There will be no childcare. The Fellowship Meal will be cancelled. Please make plans to join us on Saturday night for this special time of worship.

It's the new year. Remember that resolution you made about taking your spiritual walk more seriously and giving more time to it in your life? Well, tomorrow is the day that Christians all around the world gather to worship our risen Lord and Savior. He is more than just a baby in the manger, He is more than just a good teacher, He is more than the best example of humanity. He is God's Son. He is the only way to salvation. He is our great hope in this life and beyond. Come and worship Him with us tomorrow. We gather at 10a.

It was another blessed fall season of building up one another in the faith, being present with our community and ministering to them, fellowship, and seeing God’s work happening in the lives of many. Well done Rolling Hills Church and thanks be to God for His faithfulness and grace in allowing us to be a part of all that He is doing. Expecting even more in the year ahead.

Book of Haggai: Spiritual Renewal

God's presence transforms our perspective. When we look at the ruins in our lives - broken relationships, impossible situations, overwhelming challenges - we might think "there's just no way." But God says, "Work, for I am with you."

The people returning to Jerusalem faced the daunting task of rebuilding God's temple from complete ruin. For 18 years it sat there. They looked at it and thought it could never be restored to its former glory. Sound familiar?

Here's the truth: God doesn't just leave us in our struggles. He works through them. He grows us. He strengthens us. And sometimes He has to tear things down even further before the real rebuilding can begin.

God promised those ancient builders: "The final glory of this house will be greater than the first." That same promise echoes today. Your past is not as good as it gets. God isn't finished with you. He isn't finished with His church.

But here's the key - we don't just sit around waiting for God to snap His fingers and fix everything. He invites us to work WITH Him. Not for Him, but WITH Him. When we make Him the priority and work with holy hands and pure hearts, He promises to bless us.

What ruins in your life need God's renewal today? He's already there, ready to work alongside you.
