Carne Asada - Cilantro, olive oil, soy sauce, orange + lime juice, garlic, jalapeno and cumin make for the easiest and most flavorful marinade. SO SO GOOD.

The man in the middle is Chief Justice of the SC Supreme Court, and my Grandfather, Claude Taylor. It was great to tour the SC Court library yesterday to see pics and hear stories I did not already know. He passed when I was five, but his life was a big part of my early child hood - We create from what we are given.
