October 12th we are honored to have Judy Malone deliver the service. We meet at 11a.m. You may have noticed that repairs have made progress on the west side of the church. We hope it will be painted and complete by November 9th.
We have been meeting the 2nd and 4th Sundays, attending Graham Presbyterian on the 1st Sunday. We will meet October 26th and November 9th. Please Join us.. Judy always provides inspiration!

On Sunday June 22 the Vernon Presbyterian Church will meet for service at 11a.m. as usual. A congregational meeting will be held immediately following with Joe Kimmel commissioned to moderate for the discussion of requesting the Presbytery of Ohio Valley to work with VPC session on the future of the church.

Vernon Presbyterian Church will celebrate its 200th birthday on May 11, 2025 at 11a.m. Long-time members will give memories of the church after a short service. We will have a pitch-in lunch following with meat, beverages, and tableware provided. Please join us.

In 2025, Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, March 5, and ends on Easter Sunday, April 20. The first Sunday of Lent is March 9. Sunday Services at the Vernon Presbyterian Church will begin at 11a.m. with the Rev. Judy Malone.
Other notes: Muscatatuck Christian Ranch will have services Saturday March 8the with supper at 5 and service at 6 with special Music. Led by Dan Corbin.
Remember our Homecoming and 200th Anniversary of the founding of Vernon Presbyterian in 1825 will be May 11th!

Services and Communion at Vernon Presbyterian Church on Sunday with Martha Lasher. Congregational meeting following. Also remember that Muscatatuck Christian Ranch will meet Saturday evening with supper at 5 and services at 6.

Revival notice at Graham Presbyterian Church. Friday Feb. 21 7p.m.; Saturday (dinner at 5; services at 7p.m.); and Sunday at 8:45a.m.

Due to the weather and condition of the roads/parking lot, Vernon Presbyterian church is cancelling church service for tomorrow.
Scripture is Isaiah 43:1–7; Psalm 29; Acts 8:14–17; Gospel: Luke 3:15–17, 21–22. Hope to see you all next Sunday.

Happy New Year from Vernon Presbyterian Church. We've been attending Graham Presbyterian on the first Sunday of each month but tomorrow in anticipation of the Winter Storm Alert they have cancelled church to avoid the bad roads. Please remember other services available on KORN Radio (Dan Corbin talks at 8:30a.m. Sundays).
Tomorrow's scripture was to be: Jeremiah 31: 7-14; Psalm 147: 12-20; Ephesians 1:3-14; and John 1:1-18.

VPC will have services at 11a.m. Sunday November 24 with Rev. Judy Malone who will speak about Living Thanksgiving. Following we will have the hanging of the greens where we'll decorate the church for Christmas. Everyone is invited. Come Ye Thankful People Come
