No kids' classes tonight, but we will have pizza and some singing if you can come!

Due to the stormy weather expected tonight, we have postponed the cookout, but we'll have a meal and worship from 5:30-6:30pm in the fellowship hall for any that can come out.

Congratulations to our Kid of the Week: Aubrey Grant!
☀️ Aubrey is playing Sunshine League Softball and likes to draw and play Roblox. She's looking forward to being a princess for Halloween this year!
Her family has seen her grow in her confidence and her determination to learn more and more everyday. She can tell you all of the science behind storms and tornadoes, and she has grown into a social butterfly. Her favorite colors are pink, purple, and rainbows, and she loves her little sister.
❤️ One way that we see Jesus in Aubrey in in her creativity! Just like God our Creator has made so many beautiful things, Aubrey is so expressive and creative when she is working on her projects for Bible class. We are so glad that she is part of our church family and can't wait to see all of the things she creates in the future!

We're hoping the rain comes early or later and lets us still enjoy our party! Come on out if you can.

The Wilbarger St. Church of Christ and Wood St. Baptist Church are excited to partner together to host a Community Cookout for our neighbors and friends.

In a world that often highlights our differences, we believe there is something powerful about Christians working side by side to serve others, build relationships, and strengthen our community. This cookout is an opportunity to celebrate the unity we share.

Join us Wednesday, October 14 at 5:30 PM at Christine Lyday Park on Houston St.

Everyone is welcome!
This is a free event. Just bring your family and lawn chairs and come enjoy the night with us.

Congratulations to our Kid of the Week: Tomas Gilley!
Tomas is smart and funny! He loves to draw and play video games. He loves to help his mom and always gives his all.
One way that we see Jesus in Tomas is his patient attitude with those around him.
😊Even when he is mistaken for his twin brother, he just quietly corrects his teachers. We have seen him put others ahead of himself, and he is such a blessing to our church family!

Congratulations to our Kid of the Week: Avyanna Howe!
Avyanna loves to color and play with her baby brother and sister. She is a big helper at home and always willing to help others around her. She wants to be a nurse when she grows up!
One way that we see Jesus in Avyanna is in the way she is so quick to pray for others that are on her heart. Last year in Bible class, she prayed every week for her mother and brother before he was born, and she is such a blessing to our church family!

Congratulations to our Kid of the Week: Jacob Ryan!
Jacob is playing football this year and he loves Hot Wheels, building toys, Mario Party, and swimming. One way that we see Jesus in Jacob is in the gigantic way he loves those around him. He is generous with his love, and he is a blessing to our church family!

🎡✨ Flashback Friday! ✨🎡

Today we are looking back to our End-of-the-School-Year Carnival from this past May and remembering a day full of laughter, games, prizes, and great memories with the kids and families of Wilbarger Street and Wood Street churches. It was a wonderful way to celebrate another school year and enjoy time together as a church family.

Thank you to all the volunteers and who helped make the day so special. We love seeing our children grow in faith and friendship while having fun together!
