🕊️ - Pray for Foursquare Connection in San Antonio, May 25–28, for unity, fresh vision, and the Spirit’s work.

🤲 - Pray for the FMI Offering tonight, that God provides abundantly and uses every gift to reach the lost and strengthen the global church

🌍 - Pray for resolution to banking regulation issues affecting Foursquare churches in two Southern African nations.

Some encounters with God are so powerful that words barely begin to capture them—and Pentecost was one of those moments.🔥🕊️

The author Luke describes the disciples’ first encounter with the Holy Spirit using imagery of wind and fire, symbols of God’s powerful and cleansing presence. ❤️‍🔥

It wasn’t meant to be a perfect explanation, but an honest attempt to describe an indescribable experience of God at work. 🙌

That moment didn’t just change the disciples—it launched the church and equipped it for witness and mission. 🌎

Through the Holy Spirit, the disciples could proclaim the wonders of God, marking a key moment in salvation history. ✝️

Today we pray for God’s Spirit to work in us and through us, and for others to encounter His power and love for themselves. ❤️‍🕊️

Happy Pentecost Sunday!

Today, we will not be gathering for service because we are on our way to join our Foursquare family in San Antonio, but our prayer is that the fire of the Holy Spirit continues to burn brightly in every heart and home.

Over 2,000 years ago, the Spirit of God fell in power, igniting a flame that has never gone out. May we continue to fan that flame, walk in boldness, and carry the life-changing presence of Jesus wherever we go.

“They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit…” Acts 2:3–4

Lord, fill us again. Stir up the gift within us. Let the flame that began at Pentecost burn stronger than ever.

Have a blessed Pentecost Sunday!

After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly.
