We’re so excited to have ENCOUNTER Kids all in one building now! And with the new school year kicking off, we’re looking for additional adults and high school students to join our team on Sunday mornings sharing the love of Jesus with kids!

If you can commit to serve twice a month, or even once a month, through the months of September-December, we’d love to hear from you! If you’d like to commit to the entire school year, that’s even better!

This is a great opportunity to help kids discover more about who God is and His amazing love for them. If interested, bring your flyer to the table on the patio or register online. A member of our Children’s Team will connect with you.

Rooted is a 10-week experience for you to connect with God and others. It is designed for everyone, regardless of background and experience. Each week you will be guided through thought provoking questions, group conversations, and a challenges to grow deeper. There are daily rhythms of individual reading and reflection as well as a prayer experience and an opportunity to serve that many have found life-changing.

We believe Rooted is for everyone. Whether you know Jesus and have followed him for decades or you just accidentally found yourself reading this, Rooted is for you!

What a way to wrap up summer!

Yesterday was filled with sunshine, laughter, great food, fun, and so many sweet moments together as an ENCOUNTER family. From great food and Kona Ice to pickle ball games, water balloons, and simply spending time together, Endless Summer was such a beautiful reminder that church is more than a place we come to on Sundays. It’s a family we get to belong to.

A HUGE thank you to every volunteer who helped make the day happen. From setup to serving, greeting, games, food, cleanup, and everything in between, we are so grateful for each of you!

We love our ENCOUNTER family, and we’re so thankful for another summer of doing life together!!

What a special afternoon with our ENCOUNTER Hospitality Team!

Gather & Grow was an opportunity to slow down, share a meal, celebrate the incredible people who faithfully serve each week, and look ahead to all that God is continuing to build through Hospitality.

We talked about the heart behind serving, the importance of creating a place where every person feels seen, welcomed, and cared for, and our vision for continuing to grow stronger together.

So grateful for every greeter, usher, New Here volunteer, and behind-the-scenes person who shows up with a heart to serve. What you do matters, and every Sunday you help create an environment where people can encounter Jesus and find a place to belong.

And we’re just getting started. Here’s to growing deeper, serving together, welcoming new faces, and continuing to make ENCOUNTER feel like home.

Praise Kids is our fall musical program that gives children and middle school students the opportunity to experience the Performing Arts. Our Christmas musical production will be presented December 5 & 6 at ENCOUNTER. Registration for participation in the production takes place on campus from August 9 - September 29 for children ages 4 (as of September 29) through grade 8.

Choir Rehearsals are on Tuesday evenings starting August 18, with the exception of Tech & Dress Rehearsals the first week of December. Specific rehearsal times are:

Ages 4 - Kindergarten: 4:30 - 5:15 pm in Room 103
Grades 1 - 8: 5:30 - 6:30 pm in the main Auditorium

Also, don’t miss out on auditioning for a special role in our Praise Kids musical, The Silent Knight! It’s such a fun production this year! Register now! Auditions are Sept 1 or 3 with call backs on Sept 4.

What a beautiful week of serving our community!

A huge THANK YOU to every volunteer who showed up, jumped in, and helped make Treasured Harvest so special. Because of your generous hearts and willingness to serve, we were able to make a meaningful impact and remind people in our community that they are seen, valued, and cared for.

Every smile, helping hand, conversation, and act of kindness mattered. We are so grateful for each of you and the way you continue to show up and love our community so well.
