Tonight my precious Paul went home to Jesus. He had a sudden heart attack in the pool, could not be revived, and died.

Needless to say, my heart is broken and I am having trouble grasping this as reality.

I am with my sister and Jesus is good and near.

Please pray for wisdom--many decisions.

It is well with my soul.

This is great advice for any creative person. God keeps our dreams and ideas safe and if we trust Him, He can bring them out at the right time. Sometimes I think ideas need to mature in us past our initial excitement to bring honor to our Lord and not just us.

Super important and helpful advice on managing emotions--when someone does not like what we communicate or how we communicate it, we can't take it personally but always ask the Lord how He would have us respond.

Good applications for churches and their outreach through social media. I think it would be valid to say that not totally doing promotional content but including original content could mean church staff writing devotions, blogs, and Bible studies in addition to the usual reminders to come to events.
