Proactive Angler Proactive = serving to prepare for, intervene in, or control an expected occurrence or situation, especially a negative or difficult one; anticipatory.

Angler = a person who fishes with a rod and line. This page is for people like me who love fishing. It is to share knowledge and experiences related to everything fishing. Everything about being an angler has to do with being proactive. From deciding what body of water to fish, breaking down water, studying maps, picking a rod, selecting line size to the tying on of the lure. All in the anticipation of the catch.

Well I found a 28” Snook today fishing around Boca Grande. Water temp was 65. Caught it in about 3’ of water near some dock pilings. Was fishing a Tsunami Tidal Baits 3” shrimp in White pearl on a 1/4 ounce jig head.

Its been awhile since I last posted. I have been dialing in the new boat and learning new water. Can’t wait to be back up and fishing again!
