We're seeking a friendly, organized, and service-minded Volunteer Coordinator & Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our ministry. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone and email communications, coordinating and supporting volunteers, maintaining volunteer records and schedules, conducting tours, and helping plan volunteer appreciation events. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships and creating a positive experience for everyone who connects with our mission.

One of the greatest blessings of being a part of Agape Flights is the opportunity to serve in many locations; five in Haiti, two in the Dominican Republic, and one in the Bahamas. It is truly a blessing to receive photos from our mission partners that capture the joy on the faces of those they serve each day when they receive much-needed supplies. Through these efforts, we know that the name of Christ is being shared and His joy is being seen and experienced by so many.

When people think of Agape Flights, they often think of our airplane as our driving force. But the truth is, Agape Flights is powered by our incredible volunteers.

A volunteer at Agape looks like alot of things: It might be a pilot donating their time and expertise. They might be a mail sorter, part of the loading crew, weighing and labeling packages, fixing something around the hangar, or answering the phone with a cheerful voice that makes someone's day a little brighter.

The beautiful thing is that no role is too small. Every task and willing heart plays a part in helping us serve missionaries throughout the Caribbean.

It takes more than 100 volunteers each week to keep this ministry moving forward. That's over 100 people who choose to spend their time serving others, often without recognition and always with incredible generosity.

We say it often because it's true: we could not do this mission without them.

To every volunteer who shows up, works hard, lends a hand, offers a smile, and serves faithfully, thank you. You are not just helping Agape Flights operate. You are helping missionaries receive the encouragement and support they need to continue sharing God's love.

You are the reason this ministry flies.

It's another beautiful week at Agape Flights, and we are thankful for the privilege of serving those who are faithfully sharing the Gospel across the Caribbean.

This week, we have a two-day flight mission scheduled for tomorrow and Thursday. We invite you to join us in prayer for our pilots as they travel, asking God to grant them safety, wisdom, and favorable conditions throughout their journey.

Please also pray for our mission partners who will receive these much-needed supplies. May they be strengthened, encouraged, and equipped to continue sharing the love of Jesus Christ with the communities they serve.
