Agape Flights

It's another beautiful week at Agape Flights, and we are thankful for the privilege of serving those who are faithfully sharing the Gospel across the Caribbean.

This week, we have a two-day flight mission scheduled for tomorrow and Thursday. We invite you to join us in prayer for our pilots as they travel, asking God to grant them safety, wisdom, and favorable conditions throughout their journey.

Please also pray for our mission partners who will receive these much-needed supplies. May they be strengthened, encouraged, and equipped to continue sharing the love of Jesus Christ with the communities they serve.

Thank you for your prayers and support. Every flight is an opportunity to bring encouragement and the message of Christ to those who need it most.

This is such an incredible job by the entire Lakou team. They build an incredible foundation (pun intended), to set these young men up for future sucess, all the while opening the door for the gospel to be brought to them!

Recently, we received this beautiful video from one of our mission partners, Hope From Above Ministries, sharing what Agape Flights means to those serving in Bombardopolis, Haiti. As we watched it, there were definitely tears in our eyes. Hearing firsthand how God is using this ministry to encourage and support others in such meaningful ways was incredibly humbling.

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do. Every flight and every act of support helps strengthen ministries that are faithfully sharing the hope of the Gospel throughout the Caribbean.

We are so thankful for each of you who prays for, gives to, and supports Agape Flights. You are part of every story and every life being touched through these mission partners. God continues to work in amazing ways, and we are grateful to be a small part of it.

This week's Flight Dispatch is dedicated to celebrating the retirement of our beloved Chief of Staff, Carole Leman After 18 incredible years of faithful service!

Through every season, the victories, the challenges, the long days, and the moments that tested us most, Carole has been a trusted leader and the rock so many of us leaned on when the going got tough.

Her heart for the mission of Agape Flights has touched countless lives across the Caribbean and right here at home. She has served with grace, strength, wisdom, and an unwavering spirit that has shaped our organization in ways words can hardly capture.

Carole, thank you for pouring your life into this ministry, for loving people so well, and for helping carry hope to those who need it most. While we will deeply miss seeing your smile and incredible attitude each week, we are so excited for this next chapter ahead for you.

Today, we celebrate someone who has left an incredible mark on all of us at Agape Flights, our Chief of Staff… or as many of us lovingly called her, our “Chief of Stuff,” Carole Leman.

Carole is one of the hardest-working, most caring, and most organized people we have ever had the privilege to work alongside. She never led with criticism or attack, she led with teaching, patience, grace, and a genuine desire to help people grow. She cared deeply about people, not just for what they could do, but for where they were in their walk and what they were carrying.

No matter how busy she was, Carole would drop everything to help someone hurting or in need. She brought compassion into every room she entered and reminded us all what servant leadership truly looks like. She has been a bright star within the Agape Flights family, and her impact reaches far beyond schedules, or meetings (which were always on the outlook calendar!).

The truth is, Carole didn’t just move the needle at Agape Flights, she helped create the needle and move the entire organization forward. Her fingerprints are on so much of who we are today, and countless lives have been touched because of her dedication and heart for people.

While we are so excited for her retirement and this next chapter of life, there is no denying how deeply she will be missed by all of us.

Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

We are deeply grateful to every serviceman and servicewoman who has served our country with courage and dedication. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.

In observance of the holiday, our offices are closed today so our team can spend time with their families and reflect on the meaning of this day.

Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.

We are incredibly blessed this week to witness what God is doing through Agape Flights.

More than 10,000 pounds of critical supplies are being delivered to our mission partners across the Caribbean, bringing encouragement and support to those serving on the front lines of ministry.

At the same time, this quarter’s edition of Flightline Magazine is arriving in mailboxes, sharing powerful stories of lives being impacted through God’s faithfulness and your support.

God continues to open doors and connect hearts through the mission of Agape Flights. Thank you for being part of this incredible journey with us.

Sometimes we get the coolest donations to send to our missionaries! Last week, a full box of these handmade wooden trucks was delivered to us to be sent to our mission partners, and we couldn’t stop smiling.

It’s incredible to see the creativity and generosity that so many of YOU pour into this ministry.

Thank you for continuing to support and encourage missionaries around the world in such meaningful ways. We are always so grateful for the countless ways you help us serve others.

Such and incredible achievement Second Mile Haiti! We are rejoicing with you as we see the fruits of your labor in Haiti changing lives for the Kingdom of Heaven.

Thirteen years ago today, you helped us open our very first Malnutrition Treatment Center. Even then, the goal was to find lasting solutions so families have the information and resources they need to never face malnutrition again.

Fast forward to today, Second Mile Haiti has three locations, all led by a total of 92 Haitian professionals offering maternity care and education, family planning, and nutrition.
