We’re not just raising up students to serve… we’re shaping how they serve. 🙏

It’s not about being seen.
Not about the credit.
Not about the spotlight.

It’s about a posture—one that looks like Jesus. Humble. Faithful. Willing.

As youth pastors, our role isn’t to build platforms for recognition, but to model and lead a generation that serves quietly, loves deeply, and gives God all the glory.

Generosity isn’t about how much your students have—it’s about how they think. 💭✨

It’s a mindset that says there’s always enough to share: enough kindness, enough time, enough love. When we help our students shift from scarcity to abundance, we start to see every moment as an opportunity to give.

Small acts. Big impact. Generous heart. ❤️

Gospel-centered generosity flows from gratitude, not guilt.

We’re not trying to pressure students into giving—
we’re pointing them to a Savior who’s already given everything.

When hearts are rooted in gratitude, generosity isn’t forced… it’s natural.

Youth pastors, let’s lead from the Gospel—not guilt.

If generosity starts with behavior, it won’t last.
But if it starts with the Gospel—it changes everything.

Our students don’t need another talk about giving more.
They need a clear picture of a Savior who already gave everything.

When they see Jesus clearly—His grace, His sacrifice, His love—
generosity stops being a command… and starts becoming a response.

Youth pastors, don’t start with “be generous.”
Start with the Gospel. Always.

“mine” undermines the Kingdom.

In a world that says look out for you first, we’re building spaces where students learn the opposite—that the most powerful, most countercultural, coolest thing they can do is pour out their lives for others.

Less “mine.” More surrender. More generosity. More Jesus.

(And yes… you can steal that line 😉)

"The greatest compliment you can give to G Shades Youth Ministry Curriculum is to call us “the gospel-centered” one.

But when we say “gospel-centered,” we’re not trying to use a buzzword. We’re trying to be precise. Because if we’re honest, “gospel-centered” has become one of those phrases in youth ministry that sounds really good, but often means very little when you actually press into it. So before we talk about curriculum, before we talk about philosophy, we want to define for you what WE actually mean..."

“Mine, mine, mine…” 🐦
It’s the message students hear everywhere—look out for yourself, chase what makes you happy, put yourself first.

But Jesus teaches something better.

What if our youth ministries became the place where students learn that the coolest thing they can do is give their lives away for others?

Because at the end of the day…
“mine” undermines the Kingdom.

(Feel free to steal that line 😉)

Before the empty tomb, there was a cross.

Before the victory, there was sacrifice.

Good Friday reminds us that the gospel is not shallow—
it is costly, weighty, and deeply personal.

Let’s help students not just hear this story…
but feel the depth of it.

04/02/2026

We’re not just teaching students about the cross—
we’re calling them to respond to it.

Because the resurrection means
death doesn’t win.
sin doesn’t win.
shame doesn’t win.

And it doesn’t win in them either.
