First United Methodist Preschool- Vandalia First United Methodist Preschool! A fun place to learn!! Christian values shall shape the philosophy of the Preschool.

Mission Statement: The purpose of the FUMP shall be to help each child develop mentally, socially, physically and spiritually in a Christain environment. It shall strive to help each child build self-confidence and a positive attitude, while making the child feel good about learning and about his/her uniqueness. The Preschool program shall include biblical stories and lessons, incorporating basic Christian values that are within the United Methodist tradition.

Thank you Alderson family for donating money so the kids could have a special treat today!!🍦All four of their daughters have attended FUMP! Their baby graduates in just a few days! We have loved being apart of their learning journey (along with all our families who continue to choose our facility) We are extremely blessed with the best 🫶🏼

The consensus was Pa's Tasty Treats!! The kids were so excited and it was absolutely delicious! We contacted them one day in advance and they made it happen! Perfect amount of Ice-cream and an abundance of toppings! 10/10!! ❤️

Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is this Thursday, April 30th from 5:00-6:00 at our facility! Come see us to learn more about your child’s preschool experience! If you cannot attend on Thursday, call us at 283-9845 for paperwork. Limited spots are available! Our 2 year old room is full however, if we have enough interested we will consider hiring another teacher! We can’t wait to see you! 🖍️ ✏️ 🎨 ✂️
