This Sunday everyone is invited to stick around for a potluck brunch following the 9:30 a.m. combined service. We will celebrate another year of growing and learning. Our Sunday school families will help with set-up and clean-up, and will have the kitchen ready to receive any hot or cold dishes you would like to bring along with you to worship, so please consider bring a dish to share. Throughout the potluck there will be time for fellowship, play, and service together.

We would also like to take some time at the potluck to reflect on what we have learned about Jesus this past year, and to turn those reflections into a community art project to go along with the congregation's new guiding statement. Think about the following two prompts: 1) Share one thing you learned about Jesus this past year and, 2) What might you say if someone asked you, "What's good about Jesus?"

During brunch you will be invited to write your response to the second question on a sunny strip of fabric, which will be used to make a "Gospel Light" banner for the church entry during the summer. If you would like to be a part of this project but are unable to attend Sunday's potluck, please connect with Jackie to get your piece of fabric.
