Happy Friday!
Resistance training is a favorite part of my workout routine. It's not easy but it is necessary, it's the resistance that build strength.
As I was lifting weights this morning I thought about life, the challenges, the resistance that I, we, sometimes face, will make you want to give up, but don't quit, allow your spiritual muscles to be built by facing every single challenge, every single obstacle, every resistance! God is with you every step of the way! That situation, that circumstance, whatever your individual case may be, was not sent to break you, but make you! Be encouraged today and remember, keep praying, keep pressing, keep pushing!
