Update on Dave Spencer:
Dave found out today that the cancer is stage 3. While doing the surgery they had removed a lymph node that also had cancer in it. The continued prayer is that they got it all and that it is not found anywhere else. He goes back on Thursday to hopefully have a port put in place for chemo. They are planning to do 12 treatments at this time. It will be a slow release chemo that he will bring home with him and it will be administered thru the port for a 48 hour period each time. This type of chemo is supposed to have less side effects (so praying that is the case for Dave). Thank you for your continued prayers!
