I am sad to say that the weather is not looking so good for tomorrow. Unfortunately, they will not reschedule the retreat. The representative from Sky Ranch said that they do have an activity center which is indoors as well as a nature center. Maybe we should all arrive at 10, that would give us two and a half hours to do whatever we can in those two buildings. Then we can eat lunch and listen to the message that Mark has prepared for us. I have a short game for us to play and then we could just hang out or call it a day. Maybe things will change and it won't rain constantly so we can do some of the outdoor activities.

I am so excited about the Sky Ranch Retreat!! Everybody PLEASE say a prayer for good weather!
The Retreat Coordinator said that you can enter at either gate and to say that you are with the Janet Reynolds Day Trip. Then you will proceed to the Legacy Center where you should be able to park. I will be there with a participant agreement for you to sign before we can head out to the activities. He suggested doing the High Ropes Activities first before the lines get too long. Lunch will be at 12:45 and Mark will bring us a short message after that. We can stay as late as 8pm but feel free to leave when you get ready. Bring a fishing pole if you like to fish! Wear something comfy because we will be walking!

Hey guys....I need to get a head count for the Sky Ranch retreat on March 21st. It will be from 9:30-4ish. I will finalize all the activities on Monday with the event coordinator and will post the agenda. I know that you guys want to know what you're signing yourselves up for so here is a rough draft of what we are working on for the day....

Mini-golf
Please post here if you and your spouse will be attending so that I can give the coordinator a firm number for the retreat.
