Our church hosted a Passover celebration and Seder meal last night with respect to the Jewish tradition and to honor and exalt our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who fulfilled the Passover tradition by becoming the Passover Lamb, protecting His Church from judgement (death) caused by sin just as the lamb's blood protected the Israelites in Egypt. Our host, Arie, beautifully explained the steps of the Jewish Passover meal and orchestrated volunteers to participate in the Dayenu which means "it would have been enough" encouraging gratitude for what God has already done even when more is given later proving Ephesians 3:20 which states: "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us." We shared a wonderful and delicious meal with different components brought by the participants -- Ben, Arie's husband, taught all the inexperienced that lamb is delicious when cooked low and slow. We ended the night with worship of our Lord who is worthy of all our praise! Next year in Jerusalem!

Yesterday, we had a Christmas Packing Party at our church Connections. We packed about 50 boxes today for kids that don’t have much Christmas. It was such a joyous project to be able to serve to those who are in need of some luxuries . Great fellowship and fun!y
