🌭☀️ Thank You for Making Our Family Picnic a Success! 💙

United for Sobriety, a partnership between Westwood Behavioral Health Center, Inc. and Trinity Global Methodist Church, would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and supported our Family Picnic!

More than 100 people from our community came together for a fun-filled day of connection, laughter, and fellowship. Families enjoyed swimming, fishing, mini-golf, splashing around, delicious food, and plenty of smiles!

A very special thank you goes to Huggy Bear Campground for their incredible community-focused generosity and for helping make this event possible. Their support allowed families to enjoy a day of fun together completely free of charge.

We are so grateful to everyone who attended, volunteered, donated, helped organize, or simply showed up to support recovery and our community. Events like this remind us that recovery is stronger when we come together. 💙

One of the biggest misconceptions about Celebrate Recovery is that it’s only for people struggling with alcohol or drugs.

The truth is… Celebrate Recovery is for anyone with hurts, habits, or hang-ups.

Maybe your struggle isn’t addiction. Maybe it’s:

💙 Anxiety
💙 Anger
💙 Codependency
💙 Control
💙 Fear
💙 Depression
💙 Grief
💙 Shame
💙 People-pleasing
💙 Perfectionism
💙 Pride
💙 Relationship struggles
💙 Past trauma

We all have something we need God’s healing from.

Celebrate Recovery isn’t about labeling people, it’s about finding freedom through Jesus Christ in a safe community where no one has to walk alone.

Recovery is for everyone because we all need Jesus.
