This Is The Way, Week 5:
Following Jesus isn’t about a one-time decision. It’s a lifelong path.

Jesus showed us the way:
Baptism.
Surrender.
Wilderness.
Temptation.
Formation.
Power.
Purpose.

Too many people want purpose without obedience, power without formation, or breakthrough without surrender. But discipleship is not instant maturity—it’s learning to faithfully walk with Jesus through every season.
The wilderness isn’t proof that God abandoned you. Sometimes it’s proof He’s forming you.
This is the way.

The path of discipleship leads through obedience, testing, and surrender. Following Jesus means learning to fight temptation with the Word of God and trusting that even in the wilderness, the Holy Spirit is preparing us for our purpose and God’s promise.
