What does it mean to work? Society often ties labor to a paycheck, to external recognition, to long hours and corporate ladders. But labor is so much more than that. The work of raising a family, of maintaining a home, of creating stability—it’s the backbone of our world, yet it often goes unseen, uncelebrated, unacknowledged.

Economists have estimated that if unpaid labor were counted in GDP, it would add trillions of dollars to the global economy. But more importantly, it would validate what so many already know: that caregiving, homemaking, and emotional labor are just as vital as any job title. Work isn’t just about income—it’s about impact. And there is no work more impactful than shaping the next generation, holding families together, and ensuring that love is woven into the fabric of daily life.
