1) For the parents of Faith Formation who have not turned in all the supporting documents for their child to receive the sacrament of First Communion and/or Confirmation, the time is running out. Your child may not be able to receive the sacrament if we don't have all the required documents.

2) Catholic Charities of Dallas Mobile Food Pantry will be held at Holy Family on Saturday, April 11th. You do not need to be Catholic to receive food. Volunteers are needed to support this effort, and need to arrive at the Church by 11:15 AM. Food distribution hours are from 12:00 noon - 1:30 PM or until food is distributed on that day.

3) There will be no coffee, juice and donuts today. We will resume next Sunday.

1. Para los padres de los programas de Formación en la Fe que aún no han entregado todos los documentos de respaldo para que sus hijos reciban el sacramento de la Primera Comunión y/o la Confirmación: el tiempo se está agotando. Es posible que sus hijos no puedan recibir el sacramento si no contamos con todos los documentos requeridos.

2. La despensa de alimentos móvil de Catholic Charities of Dallas se llevará a cabo en Holy Family el sábado 11 de abril. No es necesario ser católico para recibir alimentos. Se necesitan voluntarios para apoyar esta iniciativa; los voluntarios deben llegar a la iglesia a más tardar a las 11:15 a. m. El horario de distribución de alimentos es de 12:00 del mediodía a 1:30 p. m., o hasta que se hayan distribuido todos los alimentos disponibles ese día.

3. Este proximo sábado 11 de abril de 11:00 AM a 7:00 PM los jovenes vivirán un retiro gratuito “ENCUENTRO DE JÓVENES CON EL RESUCITADO”. Invitamos a todos los jovenes a participar.

Did you know Holy Family has a homebound ministry to support you or your loved ones unable to attend Mass due to age or illness?

The primary goal of this ministry is to bring the Eucharist to the homebound, ensuring they remain connected to the central act of Catholic worship. It directly fulfills Jesus’ command in Matthew 25:36 ‘I was sick and you visited me’ and affirms that homebound individuals, regardless of physical limitations, are vital, contributing members of the parish community. This ministry bridges the gap between the parish and the homebound, providing spiritual support, fighting isolation, and honoring the dignity of the elderly and sick.

We have Homebound Eucharistic Ministers, both English and Spanish speaking, who are willing and ready to serve our community.

¿Sabía usted que la parroquia Holy Family cuenta con un ministerio para los enfermos y confinados en el hogar, destinado a brindar apoyo a usted o a sus seres queridos que no pueden asistir a Misa debido a su edad o enfermedad?

El objetivo principal de este ministerio es llevar la Eucaristía a quienes no pueden salir de casa, asegurando que permanezcan conectados con el acto central del culto católico. Cumple directamente el mandato de Jesús en Mateo 25:36: «Estuve enfermo y me visitaron», y reafirma que las personas confinadas en el hogar —independientemente de sus limitaciones físicas— son miembros vitales y activos de la comunidad parroquial. Este ministerio tiende un puente entre la parroquia y los enfermos, ofreciendo apoyo espiritual, combatiendo el aislamiento y honrando la dignidad de los ancianos y los enfermos.

Contamos con Ministros de la Eucaristía para los enfermos —tanto de habla inglesa como hispana— que están dispuestos y preparados para servir a nuestra comunidad.

Due to the severe winter storm expected on January 24–25, 2026, parishioners are not obliged to go to Mass. Church will remain open for Sunday Mass this weekend at 9:30 AMand 12:00 PM. Your safety is important. Please make a good judgment and do not travel if conditions are unsafe. Those unable to attend Mass are encouraged to keep the Lord’s Day holy through prayer, Scripture, watching Mass online, or a spiritual communion at home.
May God keep you and your loved ones safe.

Debido a la fuerte tormenta invernal que se espera para los días 24 y 25 de enero de 2026, los feligreses no están obligados a asistir a misa. La iglesia permanecerá abierta para la misa dominical este fin de semana a las 9:30 a. m. y a las 12:00 p. m. Su seguridad es importante. Por favor, actúen con prudencia y no viajen si las condiciones no son seguras. Se anima a quienes no puedan asistir a misa a santificar el Día del Señor mediante la oración, la lectura de las Escrituras, viendo la misa en línea o realizando una comunión espiritual en casa.
