To all of those people today that feel hopeless, forgotten and alone in your sorrow.
God is still interested in his creatures and all of his creation.
He cares about the events that are happening here on earth and He cares about you, even down to the smallest details.
Things like that one hair that may have been lost from our head and that the total count is now one number less than before.
We(people) are God's greatest love in that "He laid down his life" for us on a cross to save us from our sin.
Often we forget that God is watching and aware of our trouble... prayer is our lifeline to an all knowing and caring God, that can help us with our life struggles and problems.
Call out to Jesus!
Luke 12:6 Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God?
Luke 12:7 But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.

Here is Sunday's sermon that we didn't hear because of us being unable to be physically together.
--------Read from the pastor 's notes

1 Corinthians 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

Opening:
We have an enemy that wants to snare us.
Snare definition:
a trap for catching birds or animals, typically one having a noose of wire or cord.
(Trappers use elaborate scents and sets for the specific target animals)
The enemy uses crafty designed traps that capture us by various means.

When we fall into these snares it will cause us to be in his bo***ge.

We are then unable to escape on our own power, but need God's help and mercy to be loosed and set free.
---note1
We are not promised a perfect problem free life before or after that we turn to God
-----
Even if we live righteously we are a few days and full of trouble is what the scripture says.
-----
Job 14:1 Man that is born of a woman is of few days, and full of trouble

Psalms 34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.
Note2:
-----snares and temptation
We must escape through Jesus Christ... (see opening scripture at top)
Hebrews 2:3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;

Ex 1
Psalms 124:7 Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped.

Ex 2.
Psalms 141:9 Keep me from the snares which they have laid for me, and the gins of the workers of iniquity.

Ex 3. JESUS SAID
Luke 21:34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. 21:35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

---surfeiting definition
(cause (someone) to desire no more of something as a result of having consumed or done it to excess.
)

Note3
We all need to pray that we can escape the snare of our flesh.
Be set free by the blood and salvation of Jesus.
---in living
Through prayers and being watchful of our steps
2 Timothy 2:25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
2:26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

Closing:
We should pray, fast and study the word of God.

Pastors perspective:
I personally have been overwhelmed by the continuous traps and snares that are laid in my path walking for the LORD.
In faith I continue on, waiting and expecting God to help me escape these elaborate afflictions and snares designed to capture me.
Pray for me and pray for each other.... because we will be ready for the way of escape from God.

John 14:18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
------
In a time where all people forsake me.. during my most desperate times my closest friends are no where to be found.
There is only one that I can depend on to stay and help me in my trouble, his name is "Jesus ".... pastor John
------
Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

If you are in a relationship with Jesus through your obedience of the Gospel that He bought with his own blood ...
then his birth was the beginning of the peace and good will towards you and me.
Merry Christmas and think about Jesus and his plan for our salvation during this day .....jp
