What if there was a book in the Bible that confronted what Christianity Lite (or without The Light) looks like and compared it to authentic Christianity? And what if it was short enough to read before we meet tonight? Jude. Go there, and we'll be reading, studying and discussing it tonight. 6:30 in the fellowship hall.

We're a small church. When people move on, whether it's a PCS, another move away physically, follow a call, suffer health issues or just stop - we notice. That's a plus. If you have children, they are embraced like family from all of us - we love them like our own. There are ministries we'd love to add, but God's timing hasn't landed there yet. But this ministry we do - love fiercely, from our hearts. So if you were here, and now you are "there," we still hold you in our hearts. We pray for you. And we always will.

We'll be finishing up our Practicing the Way practice tonight called "Witness" with a look at "Sharing the Good News." There are many ways to do that other than street corner shouting, door to door knocking, or bumper sticker signaling. For the apprentice of Jesus, the Holy Spirit works through us and it's His power - not ours - that makes the impact. But we are made more complete in our walk when we are one of the people God uses.

So come. Let's talk about it, and share some thoughts and experiences as we learn and grow. 6:30 tonight in the fellowship hall.
