Today, we celebrated Immanuel’s Comfort Dog Ministry with hundreds of our friends!

For years, Caleb has brought comfort, joy, and the love of Christ to people in our community and far beyond. Today was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate this special ministry and the many people who make it possible.

Dr. Woock has been preparing for tonight’s concert today, with a few of our music classes having the opportunity to observe her practice and learn from her expertise.

Toddler Development 101: A Family Night for Little Ones
Raising young children comes with so many questions: Is my child developing on track? When should they be walking, jumping, climbing, or running? What can I do at home to help my child grow and develop?
Immanuel Preschool is excited to offer Toddler Development 101, a special series of family nights designed for families with children ages 2–3 who have not yet started preschool.
Each evening will include dinner for the family followed by an engaging conversation with professionals from KidWorks Pediatric Therapy Center in Chesterton. These evenings are designed to give parents practical information, encouragement, and an opportunity to ask questions about their child's development.
Our first evening is September 24 and will focus on Gross Motor Milestones — Child physical development and celebrating every step of growth!
Thanks to a generous grant, these family nights are being offered at no cost to participating families.

The ceiling is being installed, and new doors are being added to provide entry into the gym. If you look closely, you can also see that the former locker room doors are being bricked up as new doorways are created. It’s exciting to see the plans we’ve talked about for so long becoming reality, one step at a time. We’ll keep sharing the progress as Phase 2 continues to take shape!

At Immanuel Preschool, little hands are busy building, creating, exploring, and discovering every day. Whether they’re stacking blocks, working together to solve a problem, or letting their imaginations take the lead, our preschoolers are developing skills that will help them far beyond the classroom.

Our 5th graders put their creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to the test with a LEGO Challenge!
Each group received a sheet with a creative challenge and then worked together to build whatever was pictured or described. From creating a house for animals to bringing other unique ideas to life, students had to think outside the box, communicate with their teammates, and turn ideas into LEGO creations.
