It was a privilege to welcome Pastor Alvin Leota, his wife Lacey, and their children as they shared their journey as a missionary family.

Through their testimony and ministry, we were reminded that God’s call often requires faith, surrender, and obedience. When Jesus reveals the need, shows the opportunity, and opens the door, our response must be one of trust and obedience. Their story challenged us to step beyond our comfort zones and follow wherever God leads.

May we have the courage to answer God’s call and faithfully walk in the center of His perfect will.

We are grateful for Pastor Alvin Leota and his wife, Lacey, as they ministered to our church family through the Word, their testimony, and prayer. Their hearts for missions and obedience to God’s call encouraged us to trust the Lord more deeply and follow Him wherever He leads.

Last Sunday’s message, delivered by Pastor Rey Bernardes, reminded us of a powerful truth:

Big victories will not cover up small defeats. What we neglect today can become what defeats us tomorrow.

The greatest falls rarely happen in a single moment. They begin with small compromises, overlooked disciplines, neglected priorities, and seemingly insignificant decisions left unchecked. What starts small can eventually shape the course of our lives.

David's prayer remains relevant for every believer:

"Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me." — Psalm 51:10

Let us guard the little things: our thoughts, words, habits, and daily walk with God, because they often determine the outcome of the bigger battles we face.

A life is rarely destroyed by one giant failure, but by a thousand small compromises left unchecked.

This morning was a beautiful celebration of community, fellowship, and gratitude as Christian Help Center and Global Center for Success celebrated their 42nd and 25th Founding Anniversary with a joyful CommuniTEA Gathering at the Meditation Garden. Guests were blessed by a special tea artisan presentation, delicious food served by Sons of Silog and Krissie Reagan, wonderful weather, and meaningful moments shared together, while the children enjoyed their fun and creative “Color My World” class. Thank you to all the sponsors, volunteers, and supporters whose generosity and hard work made this memorable gathering possible!
