It's pastor appreciation month and our high schoolers surprised Pastor Garrett with office decorations and an appreciation banner! Thank you, Pastor Garrett, for being such a wonderful leader of our church! We appreciate you and all you do!

Big thanks to our Family Ministry team organizing such a fun Parents Night Out event! Over 15 of our kids were dropped off in the fellowship center for games, pizza, and a movie all led by our wonderful volunteer team so that parents could invest in their relationship and spend intentional time as a couple.

This weekend our children's ministry was hard at work packaging meals at the Children's Hunger Fund! So fun getting the kids involved serving alongside their friends and family.

Meanwhile, our Bridge to Home team was busy preparing and serving dinners to the staff and residents of Bridge to home! Grateful to all our volunteers who live generously!

Worship comes in many forms and we love seeing the different ways our ministry teams put worship into action! Last weekend, our Prayer Shawl Ministry hosted a beginners crotchet class. This ministry is dedicated to making shawls, baby blankets, hats, and scarves for those in need. Thank you to all these wonderful ladies for a fun afternoon of worship together!

Thank you to all our ministry teams for hosting a wonderful ministry fair this past weekend! Christ Lutheran would be nothing without our amazing volunteers.

Last Sunday was a warm welcome to kickoff our new season of catechism! Thank you to everyone who joined us for this wonderful celebration and to Kona Ice for spoiling our Sunday School and Student ministries!

Catechism takes place between our worship services, from 9:15-10:15. With offerings for children, students, women and men’s groups, there’s a study for all. We’d love for you to grow with us. Join us this Sunday, 8/23 for this ongoing fall session.
