For the past 5 years, Jose and Kathryn Torres have led Section 4 Youth with passion, vision, and unwavering dedication. From late nights at events to early morning planning meetings, they have poured their hearts into serving this generation.

We are thrilled to celebrate their next chapter as they step into their new role as Youth Secretary! While we’ll miss their direct leadership in Section 4, we know they will continue to impact students and leaders across our district in powerful ways.

Thank you, Jose and Kathryn, for everything you’ve sown into this section. The best is yet to come!
