And please, don’t feel the need to pretend about anything. We started The Porch Community Church in 2019 as a place for people to explore faith within community. Everyone is welcome here, whatever your story, your questions, doubts or struggles. So come as you are, because that’s where God meets us — as is. From there, we’ll help each other grow to be all God intended us to be.

🦜🐸🐯🦥🐒 WOW, God! What an Incredible Week at Rainforest Falls VBS!

What an amazing week we had learning about who God is and growing together in faith. Through worship, Bible lessons, games, crafts, missions, and countless moments of laughter, we watched God work in the lives of our kids in incredible ways.

We are so thankful for every child who came, every parent who trusted us with their kids, every student leader who served, and every volunteer who gave their time and energy to make this week possible. Rainforest Falls VBS was filled with joy, excitement, and opportunities to see God’s love on display.

And the truth is, there are still so many more photos, stories, and special moments from this week that we can’t wait to share!

We would love for you to join us this Sunday at 10:30 AM as we celebrate all that God has done through VBS and take time to worship our amazing God together. It’s going to be a special morning, and we hope you’ll be there!

🐯 Day 3 of VBS was so much fun… we forgot to post about it!

Yesterday at Rainforest Falls VBS, we learned an incredible truth:

God Is Our Safe Place! (WOW, God!)

From worship and Bible lessons to games, crafts, and lots of laughter, our kids discovered that no matter what we face, God is always with us. He is our refuge, our protector, and the One we can always run to.

“I cry to you, O Lord. I say, ‘You are my place of refuge. You are all I really want in life.’” — Psalm 142:5 (NLT)

What an amazing week it has been watching kids learn more about who God is and how much He loves them. Thank you to all of our volunteers, leaders, students, and families who have made this week so special!

🐸 Day 2 of VBS was amazing!

Today at Rainforest Falls VBS, we learned another incredible truth:

God Knows Everything! (WOW, God!)

Through worship, Bible teaching, games, crafts, and plenty of fun, our kids discovered that God knows each of us completely. He knows our thoughts, our struggles, our joys, and our hearts—and He loves us more than we can imagine.

“O Lord, you have examined my heart and know everything about me.” — Psalm 139:1 (NLT)

🦜 Day 1 of VBS was incredible!

Today at Rainforest Falls VBS, we learned a powerful truth:

God Is Our Creator. (WOW, God!)

From energetic worship and engaging Bible lessons to games, crafts, and new friendships, our kids spent the day discovering the wonder of God’s creation and how everything points back to Him.

A huge thank you to all of our volunteers, leaders, and families who helped make Day 1 such a success. We are excited to see what God has in store for the rest of the week!

Keep praying for our kids, students, and leaders as they continue this adventure through the rainforest.

What do you do when the world feels broken?

When darkness seems louder than hope…
When obedience feels harder than comfort…
When you can’t see where God is leading next…

This Sunday, we’re looking at The Book of Eli and discovering what it means to carry God’s Word through a broken world. Through the story of a man walking by faith, we’ll be challenged to trust God’s direction, even when we can’t see the whole journey.

“God never promised us an easy road. He promised His presence while we carry the Word through a broken world.”

The adventure begins this Monday at Rainforest Falls VBS, and we still have room for your child to join us!
Get ready for a week filled with exciting games, engaging Bible stories, energetic worship, creative activities, new friendships, and plenty of fun.
